Randy Corron
BIOGRAPHY

Randy Corron Melton is a multifaceted creative hailing from Waterbury, Connecticut. A 2019 graduate of Howard University in Washington, D.C., Corron earned a Bachelor’s degree in Film & Television Production with a minor in Theatre Arts, gaining comprehensive experience both on and off-screen.
Upon graduating, Corron portrayed Jaheem Washington in the experimental web series Black Enough, where he also contributed as an editor and Digital Media Video Supervisor, later helping to develop an episode for the series' second season.
In 2020, Corron relocated to Los Angeles, where he created content for martial arts legend Billy Blanks, renowned actress LisaRaye McCoy, and others. By 2023, Corron returned to the East Coast to collaborate with Mecca Filmworks, documenting prestigious events like the American Black Film Festival and DC Jazz Fest. His work with Mecca also allowed him to capture performances by celebrated artists such as Robert Glasper, Common, Erykah Badu, and Twinkie Clark.
Currently residing in Washington, D.C., Corron continues to pursue his goal of becoming a successful writer, actor, artist, and filmmaker, driven by a passion for storytelling that resonates on multiple levels.
